Tourism Ireland | NI Embrace a Giant Spirit Green Button GB campaign, launches on 7th February

The Northern Ireland Embrace a Giant Spirit Green Button campaign will commence on Feb 7th in GB and is set to reach over 75% of adults across Great Britain.

The campaign kicks off with TV and Broadcast VOD featuring around household favourites on C4 and ITV such as Coronation Street. This will be under pinned by a heavyweight digital and social campaign to drive holiday intent and active planning across sites such as Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Trip Advisor and TikTok.

In addition to this, from 14-27 Feb, there will be an extensive Out of Home Campaign digital ads across attention grabbing large format screens in the key access cities of London, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Glasgow. GB will also launch a new dedicated partnership to promote Belfast – UNESCO City of Music. All of this activity will be supported by joint access campaigns with key air, sea and travel trade partners to drive bookings. And across publicity channels we will shine a light on all the great new news stories & experiences for Northern Ireland in 2022 including the opening of the new GOT Linen Mills Studios , BELFAST - The movie & UNESCO Belfast City of Music accolade, the final series of Derry Girls and Armagh bid for UK City of Culture 2025…

Tourism Ireland will be doing an industry offers call out later in January to source great NI offers to support this campaign.

In March, Tourism Ireland will go live with a comprehensive island of Ireland Green Button campaign.
